1. How would you characterize this upcoming team?
Considering this is our first year at Central Columbia, our coaching staff has the challenge of install at all levels as well as teaching the game fundamentally. The coaches and players are building this program one brick at a time.

2. What will be your keys to success?
Our Defense
With only three returning offensive starters and four defensive starters, the key to our success will be the ability of our inexperienced players and how quickly they are able to adjust to the speed of a varsity game.

3. Who will be key leaders on Offense/Defense? Aaron Farver is a quality QB and has the ability to be an All Conference Player. Jensen Thivierge is a quality WR and can change a game. Although our running backs are all underclassman, there is talent at the position. The Offensive Line has looked solid in drills will be the key our our success.

9. What are your biggest challenges you face in high school football?Preparing inexperienced players for the speed of the game.

What is your biggest challenges when facing high school coaches when they try to help players prepare for the college recruiting processes?Trying to prepare players and parents to understand the process is about picking the right school for academic success and not just playing at the highest level available.
11. What is the best way for high school football player's to get the attention from college coaches?Players need to attend prospect camps at the schools they most desire to play for.

What do you see as the high school coach's role in the recruiting process, and what is the parent's role in the recruiting process?Coach's role should be to consistently remind the players and parents to consider the fit for the player. Where are they most comfortable? Coach's should reach out to the school's of the players of interest and compare the need of the school to the players skill sets.13. How do you handle parents that are not realistic about the recruiting process for their son's skill set?Educate with facts.
14. How do you suggest that high school players get an accurate assessment of their athletic skills?PHAC Combine is a great showcase.15. What is your biggest challenge now vs when you were being recruited?Social Media can potentially destroy players with a single post.
